Constitutional Cases

Mr. Jamil has been contesting disputes of all nature affecting constitutionally safeguarded rights as well as other constitutional infringements including but not limited to illegal detention of individuals by government departments, challenging unlawful withholding of goods by the authorities, matters affecting levies/fees imposed by government agencies on various individuals/businesses, challenging non-transparent bidding processes and other public policy issues, matters of undue harassment by the Investigating Agencies and overall enforcement of legal and personal rights as safeguarded under the Constitution.
